Toyota of Midland is seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our dealership's commercial and government sales division. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong business relationships with commercial, municipal, and fleet clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands B2B sales, customer lifecycle management, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Prospect and generate new fleet accounts through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Maintain and grow relationships with current fleet customers.
Conduct needs assessments and present appropriate vehicle solutions.
Prepare bids and proposals for government and commercial accounts.
Work with management and manufacturers to secure volume pricing and fleet incentives.
Coordinate vehicle upfitting, delivery logistics, and after-sales follow-up.
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer files.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Proven sales experience in automotive, B2B, fleet, or similar industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic vehicle specs.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Experience in fleet or commercial vehicle sales.
Familiarity with government or municipal procurement processes.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
